APHA offers the premiums listed below to members who join at the Contributing Members level. Please write your preferred premium on your Membership Application in order of preference. (We have a limited number of copies and sometimes cannot honor your first choice.)

For year 2008 contributing (and higher) memberships, APHA is pleased to offer the following premiums:
