Secretary’s Report I. Welcome by Eric Holzenberg (President, APHA; Director, the Grolier Club). II. Honoring and Appreciation of Lowell Bodger, immediate past-president of APHA/NY from 1989 to 2006, and principal force behind the New York chapter’s programming and events. Presentation in absentia to Lowell of a commemorative, metal-type (non-polymer) letterpress printed broadside, designed by Paul Shaw, and printed by Peter Kruty. III. Election of Chapter Officers. Announcement of nominees by Virginia Bartow, followed by unanimous votes of approval by the membership for the nominees: President: Joel Mason; Vice President: Paul Shaw; Secretary: Jared Ash; Treasurer: Fernando Peña; Members at large: IV.
